A non-sanding primer to be used on most metallic surfaces to promote adhesion and protect against rust prior to application of a surfacing primer or paint.
Before applying this product the metal must be clean and free of rust. This product can not be sanded. The primer surfacer or paint must be applied 15 minutes after it’s application for best adhesion.
